PECK

Matt directed his second play for The Greenhouse Ensemble’s Quarantine Soirée which was presented on Thursday, February 25th. PECK is a short play by Frank Tangredi that originally premiered in 2017 as part of a New York City showcase of Mr. Tangredi’s work. Matt and Frank adapted the piece for this online presentation.

PECK is a story about bullying and abuse of power. An employee meeting goes awry when new company manager, Dale, brings up a haunted past with his subordinate. The performance features actors Tim Moan and Chris Curtland.

The Greenhouse Ensemble is a Manhattan-based theatre company of which Matt is a member. The Quarantine Soirée is this year’s substitute of the Ensemble’s annual Ten Minute Play Soirée which features short plays from playwrights around the country. This COVID-friendly version sees the actors performing live over Zoom video conferencing for all the world to see.

You can watch a replay of the performance through Greenhouse Ensemble’s Facebook page or Youtube channel.
